Nightmare Scenarios Inflight
Twenty years ago, Green Light filmed a broad range of unruly passenger scenarios at an airline training centre near London Heathrow. These film clips – each designed for use in flight attendant training – were turned into a DVD entitled Nightmare Scenarios Inflight. Many airlines purchased the DVD and used the clips they felt best suited the challenges they faced.
It is important to note that the crew depicted in the videos are NOT trying to demonstrate best practice in the handling the issues they encounter. The clips were filmed in order to generate classroom discussion.
Given the age of these clips, Green Light has now (August 2025) made the decision to make low-resolution versions of them available for free. Copyright remains that of Green Light Limited and the clips may not be edited without the written permission of Green Light Limited. Stills may be used, referencing Green Light Limited. Green Light must be credited in all presentations utilising the clips.
