All cancellations received less then 60 days before the course will be liable for 50% of the seminar fee, 100% if the cancellation is after 30th July 2015. The course will only be confirmed as proceeding once 15 delegates have confirmed their participation. Accordingly, delegates are advised not to purchase non-refundable air tickets until confirmation has been received from Green Light that a sufficient number of delegates have registered for the seminar. The latest date by which delegates will be advised of any cancellation of the course due to insufficient registration is 31st July 2015.

There are a wide choice of hotels in the Heathrow area from which to choose. The closest are the Premier Inn in Bath road (www.premierinn.com) and The Doubletree by Hilton London Heathrow (www.hilton.com). The conference staff will be staying at the Premier Inn.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations received after 12th April 2016 will be liable for 50% of the conference fee, 100% if the cancellation is after 20th May 2016. The latest date by which registered delegates will be advised of any cancellation of the event, due to insufficient delegate registration, will be 28th April 2016. In the unlikely event of such cancellation, all delegate fees will be refunded, however Green Light will not be liable for any flights or other travel related expenses incurred. Accordingly, delegates may wish to defer the purchase of airline tickets until after 28th April 2016.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Delegates are encouraged to book their hotel accommodation as early as possible. Inflight Emergency Response coincides with mid-summer and the 23rd & 24th June are public holidays in Latvia, so rooms will fill up early. You may, of course, make your own arrangements, but we do have negotiated rates at 3 hotels and we will be providing bus transport between these hotels and the airBaltic training centre each day from them. Our partners at airBaltic have kindly offered to book one of these rooms for you if you so wish. Send your request to bookings@airBalticTraining.com, quoting the event Inflight Emergency Response 2016 and add the requested hotel's name, arrival/departure dates, room type and guest name(s). The invoice will be payable at the hotel. We are NOT holding rooms for delegates, so we cannot confirm availability until the request has been submitted. We know that, of those listed, (as of 18 March 2016) the greatest room availability is at the Opera Hotel & Spa, which is in downtown Riga (within easy reach of the Old Town) and at the Elefant Hotel, which is near the event venue.
