Defensive Tactics
Green Light consultants can enhance the confidence of your staff by providing them with the techniques to stave off any physical attack. We develop in-house programmes that focus on breakaway techniques and then either deliver the training to the staff or provide Train-the-Trainer courses.

Sexual Assault Prevention
Green Light consultants can enhance the confidence of your staff and, in particular, female employees, by providing them with the techniques to stave off any physical attack of a sexual nature. The Sexual Assault Prevention course is designed to give women a practical knowledge of how to avoid situations where they may be at risk of sexual assault and confidence in being able to fight off an attacker if an assault occurs. The course is divided into two parts – 1) Identification and Avoidance of threatening situations and 2) Practical skills to respond to situations - diffusing potentially threatening situations, escaping safely in the event of a violent attack, disabling an attacker.
